Users cannot download files (only 1kb)

Hi

Just got my new Stora yesterday and everything works great almost.

The users I have created and given access to the famliy library cannot download any files. They can log in and see the files, but when they download the size of the downloaded file is just 1kb regardless even though lets say its supposed to be over 5gb in size.

Same thing happens to people I send invitation emails to albums Ive created. They can see the albums and press downoad, but same 1kb in size.

When I log in using their account information inside my network it works like a charm.

Ive checked and verified that the correct ports are being forwarded, and everything looks ok in my router settings under port forwarding/UPNP.

We haven't encountered this during testing, so investigating would be the best solution right now.

Hi Johan,

A current solution for you would be to configure the ports of your router to forward port 80 to your Stora, this way your Stora won't have to connect through www.stora.com . Your connection will be faster and this problem will not affect you anymore.

Hi again

Now all 4 ports are forwarded correctly according to the site above, but still users get the same 1kb file when they try to download anything from me.

I even tried rebooting both my router and Stora without result.

So there must be something else thats causing this.
