DG834PN & Music Collector iPhone app

OK guys, first post and all that, I'm not sure if anyone is familiar with this app for the iPhone but basically allows you to sync up your CD database off your PC onto the app on your iPhone/iTouch wirelessly over a network.

Except I can't!

I can ping both the phone and the PC from the 834's manager menu. The PC program can see the iPhone. However I cannot ping the iPhone from the command line on the PC (XP Pro SP3). I've just updated the 834 f/w to the latest off the Netgear site.

I have Zone Alarm installed but have it turned off when I'm attempting this.

Any suggestions gratefully accepted!

pc is on wireless?

I've tried both.

Wireless and hard wired.
