Default How do I fix orange light on router??? HELP

Hello I am completely new to this forum site. I have a Netgear DGN2000 Router+modem

I am trying to connect to xbox live but it says I don't have internet which is false because I am writing this post right now on my computer. I have a feeling the problem is this orange light that I have on my router. The xbox cable connected from the xbox to the router is fine. It shows a solid green number 2.

BUT....the Ethernet cable connected from the computer to the router shows a solid orange number 3. I even tried with different Ethernet cables and I even tried connecting it to different ports on my router. I even reset my router last night. This orange light will not go away. It's been almost a month already I never paid attention to it before because I never had problems connecting to xbox live. Please help me get rid of this orange light. I am 90% sure this is the reason why.

first.. if you have 10/100 card or 10base-t card. do some homework

if you have 10/100 card then try force 100base-t from the network adapter properties

You can't. Xbox only has a 10base-t network adapter. It's allways going to be orange.

I have to disagree because I've had xbox live for like 2-3 years already and this orange light started happening like a month ago. But maybe the other guy was right about how my signal can be weak. Maybe that is why I can't connect. I don't know...any advice?
