Exclamation NetGear Wireless N150 Router Issues

I'm having issues with this Router. I connected it using an NetGear's Online Manual and set it up. My first problem is that my computer's internet dosen't work anymore. I can only go to the RouteLogin site. But other than that, it just says Server Not Found. I have to click Repair Connection 20 Times before the internet works for 30 seconds. I have it all set up and now I'm trying to connect it to my Laptop. It says I have a successful connection but I get the Server Not Found error when I go on the internet. I have also checked that I get error 1301 or something like that. To summarize it these are my questions.

1) How To Get My Internet To Work Again After Installing The Router
2) How To Get Internet To My Laptop From The Router

I've heard it's because my Desktop and Laptop both have different I.P Address's so they won't connect and that both computers must share the same IP Address. If so, how do I change them?

I FIXED IT . But not there's another problem . I have to wait about 5+ minutes for my router to connect. I have it saved and selected as a network that my computer should automatically connect to. So it;s takes about 5+ minutes to be shown as a network. Anyway to fix?? And can I still use the internet if I shut down the primary computer with the Cable Modem and Router connected?

common for WAN detection of router takes few minutes so. usually router is ON 24/7 so once you got working you should not have to worried about it.

other enterprise devices takes few minutes so I'm not that surprise about it

You were right. It's working perfectly. This can be closed now.
