It means the person who was dealing with your issue has no answer.

If it is a hardware problem it does not apply to all WNDR3700's

I'm having the exact same issue. Wifi works fine but as soon as I enable the guest network, the check boxes "Enable Wireless Router Radio" in Wireless Settings un-check and I loose all wifi access.

The response I received from support is basically they are collecting information now.

So, I guess we'll see what happens.

Maybe it's time to go back to my old router and return this one to Amazon?

Has anyone bought their router at a best buy recently and had this problem?

I purchased this router from best buy two days ago and I'm having this problem. When I enable guest mode, the wireless radio shuts off.

I got the same problem: Whenever I enable the Guest Network, then the Wireless Radio will go off.

Spend a lot of hours on the configuration since I thought that I did not config it correctly. Waste of my time.

How long did this product come out to the market, anyone know???

I have replaced mine with another one but as expected, the problem is still there. The shop is allowing me to return the router by next Monday...

What should I do....
When will Netgear resolve this problem?!
Or even worst, will they not able to fix it?!

Facing the same problems. Customer support told me to return it and get a new one.
Don't see the point if they all don't work!!
