Default WNDA3100v1

Just got it today (and also the wndr3700 router), installed the drivers, and it won't even recognize the network.

We also have a laptop, and that recognized the network no problem at all and works great.

So the issue is the card. Bad card? Not to mention, the Smart wizard program will not stay open for half a second before crashing. Any thoughts NETGEAR?

after installing the adapter driver, are you seeing a Wireless Network connection when you go to Network and Sharing center and click on "Change adapter settings" on the left?

It is showing in the list as Enabled. In the wireless connection status it is showing IPv4/IPv6 not connected. Nothing being sent or received.

are you using the Netgear utility to look for wireless network? Do you see an icon at the bottom right hand side that looks like a wireless signal? I suggest you use that instead of using the Netgear utility...

I tried using the Netgear at first but it couldnt pull up anything. There are bars but it has a red x through them. Tried to have windows diagnose but it kept saying "the card is having issues . . ."

try this:

-uninstall the software again thru programs and feature
-delete all folders that belongs to NETGEAR in Program Files
-restart PC
-disable WLAN Auto config by going to RUN and type "services.msc" look for WLAN Autoconfig and disable it first
-install latest driver again
-and then enable WLAN Autoconfig again by going back to "services.msc" look for WLAN Autoconfig and enable it
-see if this works...

tried what you said three times, still nothing. Sorry but this is too much of a hassle, I am returning this product. Thanks for your help anyway.
