Exclamation Security Key Mismatch Issue

Hi.

I have a RangeMax Wireless Router WPN824 v3.
It is connected to a satellite broadband modem and my PC by cables, and 2 laptops have wireless connections.

The problem occurs when I try to connect another laptop to the network wirelessly. When asked to enter the network security key a message says "Security Key Mismatch". I believe I used the same security key as with the other 2 laptops.
How can I remove or reset the password?
I have tried accessing by web browser http://192.168.0.1/ as well as http://192.168.1.1/. Neither works. I have also tried www.routerlogin.com, but it redirects me to another Netgear site.

Doing an 'ipconfig /all' tells me that my IP address is 192.168.5.3 if that helps.

Is there anything that can be done?

Thanks,
Simon

if you the WPN router is using default IP range(192.168.1.x?192.168.0.1) than 192.168.5.x will not work

right click on network properties of the pc's network adapter and check TCP/IP and make sure it is set to use "obtain automatically

I checked that it is set to obtain an IP address automatically and it is.
TCP/IP is enabled.
