Netgear 834 VPN endopint address

Hi, my ADSL line contract have 8 additional IP public address.
ISP inform me that if I want create VPN from my office to another I must you 1 of this 8 IP address for endopint because I can't use the point-to-point IP address. Is possible do it using Netgear 834 model?
(like loopback interface in Cisco routers)

DG834 has vpn termination.

are you trying router to router VPN? or VPN client to remote VPN router?

I'm trying router-to-router VPN tunnel between two Netgear 834.
But the problem is this; the ISP don't permit me use the point-to-point IP public address for construct the IPSEC tunnel. I must use one of the eight additional IP public address of my ADSL RFC1483-1587 contracts. This is possibile, for example, if I use Cisco router using loopback interface but I don't know if is possible with Netgear 834. Can you help me?
