Angry Help with reset - WNR3500

I was installing a new WNR3500 using its CD disk and it was updating the firmware. The Internet connection was dropped for a second. When it is on again, the power light on this WNR3500's front panel keeps blinking in amber color and all the blue lights are constant ON and could not be turned off by the push button on the back panel.

I then tried with the reset button on the back panel and it doesn't seem to sreset the router. Now when the unit is powered on, the power light just keeps blink (in amber color). Does this mean the router is broken (as the manual says)?

If it is not broken, how to go about reset the router to its factory settings?
