I am able to block by router the the site http://www.facebook.com, but using https://www.facebook.com the router doesn´t block.

How to block the https on facebook?

Try using opendns and block unless you do not want block entire network to access facebook

I want to block anyone on my home network to acess facebook, and I haved done it in the router bloked sites, but if someone uses https to acess facebook the router doesn´t block.

How can I block https to facebook and not other sites?

try opendns then should block entire network using that.

I have websites blocked in setup, but I have it turned off (never) but the sites are still blocked and only in Firefox I can access thru Chrome and IE

Try power on/off and wait 40sec before back on

Also shut all PC down until router is back up
