Hello,
I have a Wireless N300 router model # WNR2000v2. It's working fine. When I try to access the router sometimes I can access it and sometimes I recieve the message (192.168.1.X) is managing the device. X is another computer on the network and then I can not access the router. Any suggestions on how I can ensure that I always have access to the router? Thanks |

this common question answered
problem is at END user. you MUST use "LOG OUT" option at left bottom of the router interface and NOT "X" on browser at right top to fix this, power ON/OFF the router and don't do same mistake again

Thanks for your suggestion. I tried your suggestion. I powered off the router, logged back in then logged off(I did not close the browser) and could not get back into the router. I now recieve this message;
(192.168.1.5) is managing this device. |

What do you have running at that address? I have known some media streamers to take over the router access and prevent normal user access.
