I agree,,,,the Image tag editor could use an update. Probably not going to happen though. Haven't seen this software updated since the beginning. Kinda lame.

NG is working on a new type of Tag Tool that should be coming with the release of the NTV500.

BTW - in the FAQ area of 'new design' they (IMDB) tell you how to revert back to the old layout. Just FYI.

Did this, however rarely works. 1 in 5 form fills worked for me. Hunting for alt program now.

Do you think Netgear will update anything on the EVA9150 in the future? Hate to say it - but this device is the only one I have found that plays everything pretty much flawlessly. I have had no problems with mine. The interface def. needs an update - but I will sacrifice that because I know the EVA works with just about everything. I need to buy another media player and was going to buy another EVA9150 - is there anything else that works as well? Specifically with IFO files? TIA

9150 is now officially end of life. I don't see much more coming out in terms of firmware. However, the new Tag Tool (Movie Manager) for the NTV550 should create tags usable by the 9150 and 8000.

For those of us happily using their 9150s and wanting to add a Neo 550 in another room, I hope the neo will use the same metadata and cover art generated by 'MyMovies' that I have been using with my video collection and the 9150.

It does. I use MyMovies on occasion too.
