Power adapter specs are mostly localized to country of purchase. Does it not say on the adapter itself?

I don't have the switch...I'm still under evaluation for the purchase...
I will install it into a boat that has 220 Vac 60 Hz and 110 Vac 60 Hz....I don't know if power adapter accept these power supply.

What that statement means is that the power adapter spec varies with the country of purchase - if you need 220VAC, 60Hz or 110VAC, 60Hz - it is theoretically as simple as buying the switch in a country that uses the required voltage & frequency.

http://www.kropla.com/electric2.htm

Here's a chart that shows the common voltages & frequencies used in different countries - and be warned, like many internet sources - it is not necessarily correct.

some unit do come with 100-240 Vac voltage and 50/60 Hz
