Default WNA3100 Cant Install on Vista SP2

Purchaes this yesterday. Installed on old deskptop running xp sp2 no problem at all. Triesd to install on visat sp2 laptoop and cannot get passed the point where it asks you to insert the stick into the usb port to detect. Tried in all usb ports and I know they all work. Switched off zonealarm, uninstalled, rebooted you name it I have done it. It is recognized in the device manager and when I first plugged it in windows found the drivers but I cannot get it up an running to connect to my wireless network.

Any ideas?

Go to the NETGEAR website and download the latest driver for Windows Vista and install it, then try to complete the WNA3100 software installation. Worked for me.
