I am trying to sync my TiVo device (wireless n adapter) with my network via my Netgear WNDR3300 v2 router. The first thing I did before anything else was to enter the network adapter's MAC address into the access list for my router. Then I went through the manual set up procedures on my computer, rather than pushing the WPS button. My router uses WPA2/AES security. I have not been able to connect via the new adapter. Using the TiVo setup wizard, I am prompted to select a network to connect and the Wireless N network is on the list. When selected, I enter the router's passphrase and the device attempts to connect but always fails. I've reset the adapter, I've cut and paste my passphrase from the router log in screen, I've tried the WPS connection route, to no avail. Is there something I'm missing? Thanks!
