Default Port Forwarding Issue WNDR3700

Have been forwarding ports on IP cams with no issue for a few months. Just added two new IP cams and cannot access them remotely. I have 11 total ports configured (currently 3 ports are not working, 2 new ports added recently, as well 1 old port which worked until the 2 new were added). I can access all cams/servers locally with no issue. dyndns.com: port works with the old cams, but new cams will not connect remotely.

CURRENT SETUP
oldCam: port1 does connect remotely / works local
newCam: port2 does not connect remotely / works local

tried the following -
newCam: newPort3 does not connect remotely / works local
oldCam: port2 does not connect remotely / works local
newCam: port1 does not connect remotely / works local

This proves it is not a camera config issue as both old and new cams are the exact manf/model/firmware. I am out of troubleshooting steps, any suggestions?
