Exclamation Cisco router to Netgear GSM 7352s

How to connect Cisco Router to Netgear switch ?

Would this example work ?

Cisco router:

interface fastethernet 0/1.121
encapsulation dot1q 121
ip addr 10.29.121.1 255.255.255.0
interface fastethernet 0/1.20
encapsulation dot1q 20
ip addr 10.29.20.1 255.255.255.0

Netgear:

interface 1/0/1
vlan part incl 20,121
vlan tagg 20,121

Do I need to deal with Cisco native VLAN or Netgear's VLAN1 ?

Thanks,
Alex
