Sorry to dig up an old thread, but I am also having a problem with this.

I have the latest firmware installed.

The NEO is connected via HDMI to a Yamaha RX-V2067 and I have a SD card in the back for BR cache.

This cold reboot is pretty frequent - pretty much daily and it is becomming really irritating.

Please can someone help here.
