nothing. on imac internet no connection came up once but then went off again. on other gaming system nothing as well. I think i have a faulty router as it is second hand

having all three to fail is be odd. if no security and still any of wifi devices do not work. I would suggest to exchange the unit

Hi ,
I finally did it. It's ok everything running smoothly. I'm using only the netgear router. I disconnected my speedtouch . I hope i don't get problems now with my internet connection. I'm not that expert in these things.

No i don't know. maybe i was doing something wrong. But to tell you the truth as soon as kids were off to school and i was quietly alone i managed to do it. Maybe that was the problem... everyone running around .
Is this router a fast/reliable one compared with the speedtouch modem that my isp provides

mixing 2 of DSL modem was an issues.

I have used a DG834Gv2 for several years and been very happy with it.
