Default Netflix problems

let me first start by saying how piss poor my experience with netgear tech support has been. I called 3 times and was disconnected each time. the last time i was transferred three times, had to explain my situation each time, verify my information each time and still got no helpful information at all. I just wasted an hour of my day on that alone. moving on...

I have a wgr614v9 router, atnt service, all wirelessly connected to my desktop cpu. when i watch netflix i always get a load bar that comes up during a movie that never loads and eventually times out. this happens about 10 times in 2 hours or so. i have to refresh the page to get back on track every time this happens and it makes me want to smash something. ive called netflix and they said my internet speed was fine but my router may be impeading efforts to connect wtih other servers to gather certificates. Any kind of information on this would be better than what ive gotten today from netgear staff. thanks

as most support by many manufacture uses overseas so some point myself go through bad times


not sure your setup is but make sure broadband and router is setup correctly. see router setup on my sig below and check your setups

that would be first steps and go from there..

I have just bought an N150 WNR1000v2 wireless router.
I connected it to my HP laptop (Vista) efforlessly.
In trying to connect to an older Packard Bell (XP) I am getting "Error 800 Unable to establish VPN connection"
I hope I have come to the right place - I think I've been everywhere else.

I do so like it when you get a friendly response.

Which part of my question "unable to establish VPN connection" is outside of your Netflix and VPN client problems?

I have no idea what a Netflix is by the way.
