We just released an update that de-couples Adobe AIR from our app. We implemented that in the last update and it caused errors on some devices in regards to login. Maybe it affected you too in this manner. Give it a try and cross your fingers.

Was wanting to give this another go since the changes, but am having trouble logging in -
Keep getting invalid login or password. I'm certain username and password are good, but can i double check how to enter the Hipsev name? Is it storaname.mystora.com ?? Any help appreciated. Cheers, |

Meh never mind. I worked around the problem by installing yet another video player (MX Player). Now the HipServ app works as expected - when I tap on a video file it gives me 4 player options.
I guess the new install fixed whatever was broken with file associations previously. Question: Why aren't mkv files recognised as video files though? |
