Default Srx5308

unable to get more than 22mbps with an srx5308.

i have tried everything from switching the port sensing, mtu size, custom bandwidth space, reboot factory defaults etc.

with the docsys 3.0 modem connected directly to any computer, it gets 68mbps/12mbps;

Weird. Fvx is rated to 95Mbps on WAN to LAN throughout.

Have you turn off the cable modem for 15-25min before you swap it ? Try that and see how it goes

unfortunately im out of the office run now, just testing connected via vpn, rdp or http right now. i left it downgrading to firmware 3.0.7-24 to see if a previous firmware will fix it.

but i have reset the cable modem several times, and left it unplugged for 5minutes or so. so i doubt that's the case. this thing is suppose to be rated for 924mbps; i have this same setup on a few UTM25 devices, and i get maximum speed.

If you are not testing back and forth with other computer on same cable modem where FVX is then maybe turning off the cable modem for longer period may not be too effectives

have you reset the router and manually configure at all? if not not try that and see if you can see any difference instead

i'll be sure to try that when the office has some downtime. but after downgrading to 3.0.7-24, im getting 33mbps download....so something is definitely up with the router. i wouldnt be amazed if i plugged it into WAN4 and got maxium speed at this point

Upgrade to the latest firmware, default the unit, and manually reprogram it. Test again.
