Hi 8bit,
a boy with popcorn a-300, send me this solution for your BD problem with A-300 mediaplayer.
You must used DVDFab 8.1.3.8 to ripping BD1:1 (no AnyDVD). In Options (green flag near "?") you must setting this checkbox :
- DVD/Bluray --> Protection --> Bluray :
Remove AACS, Remove BD+ and Remove BD+ firmware
On Popcorn configuration you must setting "on" in "full navigation".

Can you test for me this ripping solution with A-300? This solution for me doesn't return a correct BD execution. The BD with Java Menu start immediately with main movie without menu.

Bye.

I'd like to help you but I don't use DVDFab products. They seem to nickel and dime you and with the research I've done; AnyDVD does the best job at ripping 1:1 BD's. I paid for the lifetime sub for AnyDVD as well and I don't plan on buying a replacment.

I tried leaving & removing BD LIve support within AnyDVD without success. I have a pretty good felling that the tool to rip the BD's is not the problem but something to do with the a-300. Those titles that wouldn't play on my a-300 played without a hitch on my 550.

The A-300, I had it to prompt me for the type of menu (full or simply). Nothing worked.
