I have a Netgear WNR2000v2 Router, I have been having problems connecting to the router from my wireless printer. Spoke to HP's Tech Support today and after several checks he needs to Turn Off the MAC Filtering on the Router so that he can do further tests tomorrow morning.
I have the Routers username and password but when I go into the Router management I don't know where to look and what to change. Can someone help me please |

Inside router management, go to wireless settings under advance and click set up access list.

You are refering to the wireless settings under "SETUP". there is another wireless settings option on the menu on the left of the router configuration page under "ADVANCED"

mac filtering is OFF at default so unless you enable it it is NOT using.
under router interface, check ADVANCED >wireless setting for access list (same thing as mac filtering) you are in the right place... TURN IT OFF
