Smart Wizard stuck about 90%

I used the Netgear Print Server (PS121v2,) Installation Disc to setup printer access to my two network computers A & B. The first phase went smoothly on computer A(Compaq Notebook, Vista Home Prem) and the PS121v2 Smart Wizard Icon was installed in the system tray. I may print, scan, everithing works perfect.

Upon attempting to setup computer B (Samsung Ultrabook, Win7 Home Prem), using the second phase, Smart Wizard always stuck at about 90% and never move forward, I try computer reboot, restart installation several times, Smart Wizard always stuck at the same place.

What can I do?
