I bought the WG103 Access Point and a NETGEAR ANT2409 Omni-directional antenna to install at an office that already had the netgear prosafe FVS318 and configured it perfectly but my IBM Lenovo laptops and Sony VIAO Laptops that both have Windows 7 can not connect to internet. They both pick up the access point but can not even get prompte for me to input the wireless WEP password. I've tried changing from WEP to WPA etc and they won't work. I updated the firmware to the latest ver 2.0.37 and thought it would fix the issue but it still persists! The only way to make it work is to completely disable any Wireless Security and leave it as an OPEN wireless network but I fear that would not be a good idea at a Doctor's office. Can someone please tell me how I can fix this or if anyone else has experienced this issue? Any Senior NETGEAR members care help? I've read online that many other users have had the same issue and all say it's a software issue with the access point but NETGEAR has yet to release a firmware to solve said problems. PLEASE HELP.

Your best bet it is to put trouble ticket with support at my.netgear.com
if you already updated the wifi driver/app computer side then probably there is much you find here.
