Hi community,
I have a SC101 that failed and bought a replacement SC101. I can not attach neither of my two drives. I installed a brand new drive and was able to see it and create a drive letter and drive. My two other drives from my older SC101 has over 5 years of data that I need to retrieve - pictures, resumes, quicken data, etc. I get "no available drives to attach" message. Under create/manage drives, i see my previous drive as unused and it sees the partition size - 279.4 gb. But I can not attach the drive. How do I get help here? Can I attach the drive directly to one of my XP desktops and assign a drive letter in disk management and use sfsextract? I am desperate to get my data back as i have literally thousands of family photos to retrieve as well as previous years of quicken data. Thanks, Rick |
