Second WC7520 crashing and rebooting

I'm on my second WC7520, but this one does the same thing as the first. It crashes and reboots.

I see this in my persist_fail.log

It will even crash when I have no WNAP360 connected to it.

I have WNDAP360s managed by it all of it brand new. It's all connected to GSM7252PS switches. I'm having to power or other network problems. Just the WC7520 crashing.

It sounds like the problem im having with the two wc7520's, they work fine by themselves then when i set up in a master slave relationship and sync.
the slave will then cycle,
makes a connection to all the access points under its control,
then reboots,
makes a connection to all the access points under its control,
then reboots etc...
when i go through all the menus of both wc7520's some sections dont function correctly leading me to believe some corruption has occured.

they have had firmware
2.0.5.2
2.0.15.6
2.2.1

which has made no difference. just as a side note these were installed by netgear and they had master / slave problems from the start. they have also been cleared and reconfigured about 9 times leading to master/slave corruption problems.
