sometimes the device freezes

Hi im German so sorry for my english.
My NTV 550 freezes sometimes. The only possibility to make it heal is to pull out and in the power cable.
Sometimes that happens twice during a movie. It does matter what kind of movie it is. I see the film over the LAN.
Is this a hardware error or can I repair it?
It would be nice if someone could help me.

First of all CHECK if this movie plays back OK from the USB drive. If Yes - check your your network. If NOT - factory reset and reinstall the latest firmware. if this does not help - send it back, have your money back and buy Dune Smart!
