Hey i just recently bought a neo 550 media player and i am having a few problems with it. First off how do you get the cover art and info that gives the summary that tells what the movie is about and who plays in it and everything on each film title or tv series? Second i have hooked an eithernet cable to the back of the neo 550 to my wireless router. The thing is none of the web features work. Youtube videos just bring up error messages that say they cant play. It does however give me my local weather. Any suggestions?

If you do a search in the forum you'll find that YouTube made some changes again and broke access from the NTV550. The good news is the devs have said they will fix this in the firmware they will be releasing this month.

Hey i downloaded media center master and it seemed like it worked smoothly. All of my movies now have cover art but there is still no info that tells the cast and plot of the movie. Any suggestions with what could be wrong? Also does anyone happen to know when the new update will be out this month that fixes the problem with youtube?

There is no specific date. Just "this month". Netgear never formally announces a realease date for firmware. It will get here when it gets here.
