Default Port Conflict With Another Service

When I port forwarded a few games to be able to play with friends the ports that I forwarded wouldn't appear in the list that I had forwarded, but still let me host it like they were there. Now when I went to update the 192.168.1.(Last number here) IP I wasn't able to see the ports that I needed to change. I tried readding the port but it says "Port Conflicted With Another Service"

How do I fix this, I tried deleting all the ports I could see and disabled UPnP, still no luck. I have a WGT624 v3

By reset the the router do you mean just turn it off than back on? I've already done that. It did't work.
