Angry setting up CCTV DVR on a WNR3500

I've got this DVR attached to four cameras and I'm struggling to see the cameras over my network. I have a WNR3500, for port forwarding I have the service HTTP on portforwarding 80 enabled.
for UPnP I've got 3 items in my portmap table all relating to my router providing a TCP port for 81, 80 and 9000. I think this is the right set up but I'm new to this and chrome is saying there is no data from the server.
The CCTV DVR works fine as far as I can see, it sends me emails on my Iphone and I can ping it.
However I can't see anything on the local address.
my DVR has a 3g port 80 connection.
The media port is set to9000
The webport is set to 80
it has a static IP and UPnP is enabled.

Anybody got any clues?
