Thanks, I'll give them another try soon, and ask about the beta firmware.

After 7 days it only tracks the upload traffic, the download will show 0.00 for any days after the modem has been connected >7 days.

I have to power the modem off and back on to restart the download counters.
Update:
This month the traffic meter worked until this morning. I have been connected for just over 20 days now and today shows 0 for download.

I wonder if there was an issue with leap year, it seemed my traffic meter had a start time of 11pm on Feb 29th for the month of March not midnight on the first..
The other possibility could be the time change in March.

I haven't been able to get more than a week without the download showing zero. Sort of makes the feature totally useless. I have posted requests for updates on my trouble ticket every two weeks for the last two months and it's now more than 2 1/2 months without an update or an answer except for the canned email that I will be contacted within the next business day. I haven't been offered any sort of assistance with possible beta software. My last official answer was "Please wait for further instructions from our engineering team."

I'm still waiting but just not patiently. This type of support is exactly the reason that we only use REAL network equipment in our medical networks (Even when the departments tell me that they can get stuff from Best Buy much cheaper than I get Cisco gear on contract).
