Anyone else notice the router showing the wrong date? This morning when checking my router's admin page for Schedule and Traffic Meter it's showing Sunday, 23 Aug 1992. Firmware version is current at V1.0.0.50_20.0.59. My Windows Vista PC has the correct date and time. Not sure what's changed. I've tried resetting the time zone, rebooting the router but it still shows 1992. I'm guessing the time synchronizes with a Netgear server that is having an issue?

Likely NTP server issues. Wait for few days
Usually this happens one or twoie a year and I think it is twice already

The date is correct now. However all my Traffic data, current and last month including is lost. I'm back to usage for today. So, my usage data, like date and time, is stored on Netgear's servers? Perhaps they will be so kind to restore it.
![]() Not a big deal for me since my ISP is unlimited Internet, but for someone on a metered plan, loosing data usage tracking history would be upsetting. |
