mydomain.com is showing FVS318G login screen

I was just disabling my port 80 for testing purpose on my web server when I found something weird, my www.mydomain.com shows my Netgear FVS318G login interface, I checked the settings and it's showing that only Local Authentication is enabled while External Authentication is disabled.

Can someone help me shed some light on this please? Thanks..

Change your Remote Management port to 8080.
