Default Wireless Adapter for Mac

I have a MacPro 1,1, purchased in January 2007. No bluetooth, no wifi card.

Is there a Netgear wifi card that will work with this machine?

There is, but it depends upon the Operating System that you have. If you have Mac OS 10.3 upto 10.5 then NETGEAR WG111v3 will work for you. But you have to download the driver from their website. Just go to this link below:
