Lease Obtained and Lease Expires at the 'same time' ?

Having some problems and noticed that my Lease starts and Expires at the same time...I have never seen this and wonder if this would causing my problem... Download is where it's suppose to be but my pages take way too long to load...

Not clear... ex start 11am and expires 11am next day? usually most router will release every 24hrs

Have hard reset the router and see the behavior ?
