Qwest zyxel q100z and Stora

Hello all, just got qwest installed and can get connect to my stora with my FTP app. Had comcast for years, no issues but now nothing. Im hoping its my modem setting and not qwest blocking it. Ive not changed my ftp app setting but im getting...

Anyone have an idea?

Thanks for the help, all my ports seem to be set up and correct. Just must be something with qwest or the modem.

Qwest and modem is same thing.

Netgear is router and not modem



I would call ISP to verify the settings

Confirm that your port forwarding configuration to your Stora actually works: http://support.stora.hipserv.com/en/...rtforward.html

If ports are blocked, double check our router configuration. If that doesn't help call your ISP, or google the ISP and port, that should be enough to find an answer.
