Default wndr3400 Do have to use the stand ?

Just bought this wndr3400v2 router do I have to use the stand or is ok to lay it flat ? Thanks Jim !

WNDR 3400 is not wired router , it is wireless/wired route

Standing is most best way for heat dissipation .

Standing spread better in horizontal signal spread so if you felt it will be vertically better
