Silence my Stora?

Does anyone have suggestions for reducing the amount of noise emitted by the Stora?

I was wanting to do some audio recording in the same room as my Stora is located but the noise from both the fan and drive activity is interfering.

Has anyone changed the fan to a more quiet roller-bearing type?

Has anyone used sound-deadening material to silence their Stora?
