OK, I am rethinking this because I can't get it to work, I have a question.

Can I have four different wireless routers, all with the same SSID broadcast and same security key, but different IP ranges (for example 192.168.1.x, 192.168.2.x, 192.168.3.x and 192.168.4.x). That way I can configure them as wireless routers, but still allow my guys to walk around the office and not have to connect to a different wireless SSID with a different key. They would just get an updated IP Address.

wrong IP

192.168.1.2 AP1
192.168.1.3 AP2
192.168.1.4 AP3

IP should be OUTSIDE OF DHCP RANGE

So that should in theory work without creating a network storm?

Do I daisey change the routers using the WAN ports or do I configure it one on my network?
