Can any one confirm if following specs supported to use with ptv1000.

Toshiba Intel(r) Corei7 - 2640M
Windows7
64-Bit
Intel R Centrino R Advanced-N 6230

I have tried a lot but couldnt make it work i am not able to see ptv1000 in my wireless scan.


Would appriciate help in making it work

(a) Are you using Intel HD graphics, or do you have a different video subsystem?
(b) If WirelessDisplay software was not preinstalled you should look at the Intel Site (http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Deta...&DwnldID=19782) There are also tools there to ensure your WiDi software is up to date.

Thank you for your help, i will trying downling this, regarding the display and graphics i think i have HD redeon graphics. would this be compatible?

when i trying to install the setup.exe from the said link it says not supported. does it mean my laptoo doesnt support to run with neatgear ptv1000?

It has to be INTEL graphics. Some laptops are software switchable, so you might look at your laptop specs for that.
