Wink backing up WNDR4700's internal drive

Will the WNDR4700 have a way to backup it's drive via USB to an external drive that does NOT require a separate computer to do the actual transfer. It would would be very helpful if on command from an external computer (or on a schedule) it could just do the backup locally which would be faster and not require a separate computer to be involved for the entire backup process.

Of course I'd also like to get an rough estimate of when the WNDR4700 will be release but I won't hope to much for info on that

well yes I can back it up, but can the router do it on it's own without a computer actually carrying out the backup to the USB drive? I would need a computer to give a command to start but hoping after started I can then immediately disconnect my computer from the network and have the router complete the backup on it's own.
