Default NetGenie not connecting from laptop

Hello
Rather unsophisticated user, excuse me. I installed WNDR 3800 router, attached to cable modem. Principle computer is laptop. I can connect to internet, as can other compters, but Net Genie is not logging in - says this computer not connected to Netgear.

Trying to install wireless printer for whole house to use. Printer connects to internet, but no one can reach it to print.

?

try access the router via routerlogin.net and/or see bottom of the router to how to access router via browser

check on wireless isolation feature in the router settings
refer to manual. got support.netgear.com and download the manual
