Default Wireless Stutter

Hi, I have just connected up my WN802T and WN121T together and the speed is awesome, 108 > 300 Mbps, but every minute i get an awful stutter, so it is extremely annoying playing games and every minute getting a lag for 5 seconds and it affects my music aswell. The internet speed does not change when this happens and my PC is only a few weeks old with no performance problems.

Any ideas to fix this problem, thanks a lot.

I do have good performance and i do have wired But i only use wired when i am racing in tournaments where i dont want to lose connection. My parents dont like me having wires dangling through the house so i bought the wireless gear which is doing well (bar the stutter), and i am on the third floor of my house and router on bottom.
